Just south on Hwy 32 from our campground
is Chute Pond. The scenic overlook trail is just over a half
mile and it climbs to a large outcropping of rocks. We have
climbed the trail several times and each time have enjoyed it very
much.
From the five vantage points you can see the Look Out Tower in
Mountain about 6 miles away looking north, looking south you can see
the radio tower in Suring about 8 miles away, look east to see Green
Lake or overlook Chute Pond and Bagley Rapids to the west. Now
climb to the top with me and my family.
